TERMS

Content Creator Responsibility: The Content Creator acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for securing the following terms from their speakers. The ‘Speaker’ hereby authorizes the University of South Florida, USF M3 Center, Association of North America Higher Education International (ANAHEI), AcademiaCentral, and its affiliates (collectively referred to as the ‘Organization/s’) to make audio, video, photo, and text recordings by any means and in any media (the ‘Recordings’) of my presentation, workshop, training, or program described in the submission form (the ‘Event’) and to use my name, associated company name, title, photograph, likeness, and biographical information (the ‘Speaker Information’) in connection with the reproduction, distribution, marketing, and promotion of the Event and the Recordings. The Speaker represents and warrants that any statements included in the Speaker Information are true and accurate. The Speaker agrees that the Organization/s will own the Recordings. Furthermore, the Speaker agrees that the Organization/s will have the irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to make, copy, edit, exhibit, publish, perform, distribute, play, sell, show, display, and otherwise use and make available the Recordings and any works that may be derived from the Recordings, in addition to any applicable handouts or other materials provided in connection with the Event, by any means and in any media now existing or hereafter invented, including, without limitation, external websites, press releases, social media, digital promotions, and print materials, and to authorize others to do the same. While the Speaker may receive a token of appreciation for the Event, they understand and agree that they will not receive any royalties or other compensation in connection with either the rights granted to the Organization/s in this document or the use and dissemination of the Recordings, Event details, and Speaker Information. The Speaker acknowledges that neither the materials used and presented during the Event nor the grant of rights made to the Organization/s in this document infringes or violates any copyright or other right of or breaches any obligation the Speaker has to any other person or entity.
The Speaker also understands that they may request withdrawal of this authorization at any time by reaching out to the Organization/s via the email [email protected] . Such cancellation may only be effective to prevent the future use of Speaker Information as deemed reasonable and practical, and shall not pertain to any information published, shared, or distributed prior to the withdrawal request.

If any provision of this consent is found to be unenforceable at law, the remaining provisions shall survive and remain in full force and effect. This consent shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
