This happens when the user registers the course with a mail address and make the payments with a different one. 

Please share with us the mail address you used when making the payment at [email protected] so that we can confirm your payment and upgrade you to the certificate version immediately.

Our all course content are available free of charge, and there is no payment required to access the courses. You can still complete the course if you do not want to upgrade to the certificate fee. However, a fee applies only if you choose to upgrade to receive an official certificate.

Please log in with your credentials to finish your registration and fill out the registration form making sure to use that email.We also advise you to log in with the “Protected View” option removed. You may also use try logging in with a different browser. Once you log in to the course, you can reset your password using the “Reset Password” button as shown in the tutorials below.

Please note that if you still cannot receive the invitation mail in your inbox or spam/junk folder, your email domain is likely blocking you from receiving the email to accept it. In this case, please share with us an alternative email to [email protected] so that we can activate your account again and send you the link.

For the program AI for Work and Life, all course content will continue to be available free of charge as of January 1, 2026, and there is no payment required to access the course. You can still complete the course if you do not want to upgrade to the certificate fee. However, a fee applies only if you choose to upgrade to receive an official certificate and 1 Continuing Education Unit (CEU).

Upgrading to the certificate version will require a $249 fee, but because you are a current participant in the certificate course, you are eligible for a $100 discount if you choose to upgrade, so instead of $249, you will be able to pay $149 and have until the end of 2026 to finish the course.
