When registering for an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, phone number, organization, and title. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. GetCertificate.Online reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

You must be at least thirteen years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the GetCertificate.Online platform. If you are under eighteen, you may only use the platform with the involvement and supervision of a parent or guardian.

Many courses are free to access, while others may require payment to earn a digital certificate or to unlock additional services. All fees are final and non-refundable, regardless of your level of participation, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated by GetCertificate.Online. We may change prices, introduce new services, or discontinue existing services at any time. Certificates are awarded only upon successful completion of all requirements, and in some cases identity verification may be required.

All content on the GetCertificate.Online site, including text, graphics, logos, software, videos, and course materials, is owned by GetCertificate.Online, its partner universities, and its affiliates, and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission. Any content you upload or submit, including assignments, posts, or feedback, may be used, reproduced, modified, and distributed by GetCertificate.Online for educational, promotional, research, or business purposes.

If you are a speaker or content contributor, you agree that GetCertificate.Online, its partner universities, and its affiliates may record your presentation, workshop, training, or program by audio, video, photo, or text, and may use your name, company name, title, likeness, biography, and related materials in connection with the event. You grant these organizations irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide rights to copy, edit, publish, distribute, display, sell, and otherwise use the recordings, event details, and speaker information in any media now existing or later developed, including websites, press releases, social media, digital promotions, and print publications. All rights in the recordings belong to GetCertificate.Online, and you will not receive royalties or other compensation beyond any agreed token of appreciation. You represent that your content does not infringe any rights of third parties. If you later request removal of your content, GetCertificate.Online will respect such requests on a prospective basis. However, we reserve the right to maintain access to your content until the end of the posted course completion deadline for learners already enrolled, so that participants have a fair opportunity to finish their courses. After the published course deadlines have passed, the content may then be withdrawn from the platform.

By registering for an account, enrolling in a course, or participating in an event, you consent to receive marketing and informational communications from GetCertificate.Online, partner universities, partner companies, and selected third-party marketing partners. These communications may be delivered by email, SMS text messaging, telephone calls, WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram, or any other communication channels now existing or later developed. They may include promotional offers, newsletters, surveys, product updates, and event invitations. Such communications may use automated technologies, including auto-dialers, pre-recorded messages, and automated messaging. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions, replying “STOP” to SMS, using opt-out features in messaging apps, following call instructions, unenrolling from courses, or contacting us at [email protected] or through the website contact form.

By using the site, you grant GetCertificate.Online the right to use your data, whether personal or de-identified as required, for research, analytics, and the development of new products and services, including artificial intelligence and machine learning models. Data may also be shared in aggregated or de-identified form with research institutions and business partners.

Participation in a GetCertificate.Online course does not guarantee employment, admission to a university program, professional certification, or academic credit unless explicitly stated by a partner university. GetCertificate.Online does not independently provide accreditation.

The site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of such third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the site, courses, or services at any time without liability. The site, services, and courses are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetCertificate.Online, its partner universities, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount you paid to GetCertificate.Online in the twelve months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetCertificate.Online, its partner universities, affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of third parties.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the site at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or harmed the interests of GetCertificate.Online, its partners, or its users. We may also preserve certain data for compliance, research, or business purposes even after account deletion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the GetCertificate.Online platform, or any related services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where prohibited by law. If arbitration is not permitted under applicable law, then the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction. You expressly waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise required by law.

We shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, internet or service provider failures, or other similar events.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and the “Last Revised” date will be updated. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The provisions relating to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution, and force majeure shall remain in effect after termination of your account or cessation of use of the site.

We may assign, transfer, or delegate our rights and obligations under these Terms at our sole discretion. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
